Private Dock & Boat: Beyond the comforts of the home, the private dock offers an opportunity for boating enthusiasts to set sail on the sparkling waters, or simply enjoy a sunset cocktail overlooking while cruising the intercoastal.

Master Suite: The master suite is a haven of rest, with its calming seafoam walls, luxurious king-sized bed, a 60" smart TV for your entertainment, and direct access to the pool, ensuring peaceful mornings with a view. Patio Access Guestroom: This inviting guest bedroom features a comfortable king bed with its own private entrance, offering direct access to the serene patio and pool area for an early morning swim or late-night dip.

Queen’s Quarters: Another guest bedroom with a grey king bed provides a tranquil space for relaxation, ensuring a restful stay. The coldest and our favorite bedroom.
